The NBSAP Forum contains an extensive library of best practices related to developing and implementing NBSAPs. Our purpose is to enable countries to share and learn about effective, field-tested techniques and solutions. We work closely with our members to document the problem addressed, for whom, the primary actions, how they achieved results, and the solution they achieved.     The CBD Secretariat, in coordination with the Global Gender Office (OGG) of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), and with support from the Japan Fund for Biodiversity, promoted the "Capacity Building initiative to integrate gender in the National Strategies and Biodiversity Action Plans ". In its initial phase, three pilot countries were selected, including Mexico.
