This presentation presents IKEA’s sustainability strategy – People & Planet Positive. The Initiative was launched in 2011 with ambitious goals to transform industries in the value chain, and life at home for people all across the world. Securing sustainable sources of key raw materials such as wood and cotton, is critical for IKEA’s business – especially in an increasingly resource constrained world. This webinar and subsequent discussion focused on IKEA’s approach to sustainable sourcing of commodities, including certification, market transformation and partnership programmes.
