Interdisciplinary strategy advisor and team leader with 10+ years experience in the UK, Europe, Indonesia and New Zealand. My wide ranging experience with central and local government, private business and NGOs includes reviewing and developing local, national and international environmental policy, developing and delivering strategic and operational plans, managing complex projects, leading teams, and research and analysis on environmental and sustainability issues.

I have a Masters in Biodiversity, Conservation and Management from the University of Oxford, where my thesis looked at the valuation of ecosystem services provided by bats in the United Kingdom, and the and a B.Sc Hons in Environmental Science from the University of Canterbury, NZ. I am a member of the IUCN Commission on Environment, Economic and Social Policy.
