The NBSAP Forum contains an extensive library of best practices related to developing and implementing NBSAPs. Our purpose is to enable countries to share and learn about effective, field-tested techniques and solutions. We work closely with our members to document the problem addressed, for whom, the primary actions, how they achieved results, and the solution they achieved.     The Sagana Women’s Group was formed in 1977 by a group of women who wanted to address basic issues that affected them and their families, such as housing, water supply, education and poverty alleviation. The group also wanted to engage the local community in environmental conservation activities, and improve livelihoods by establishing a sustainable environmental conservation enterprise. The Sagana Fish and Bee Keeping Women Self Help Group started the 'Sagana Fish Farming Project' in 2003, with the financial support of the GEF.
