Are you interested in promoting or increasing investment in gender equality in mining governance, and not sure where to start?
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Environmental Governance Programme (EGP), and the Intergovernmental Forum on Mining, Minerals, Metals and Sustainable Development (IGF) are offering a FREE Massive Online Open Course (MOOC) on Gender and Mining Governance. This course compiles research from leading institutions in the industry to build awareness and skills in regards to gender governance in the mining industry. It will be facilitated in English, French and Spanish.
The course will run from 13 September to 10 October 2021. It is aimed at representatives of governments, mining companies and civil society working on the promotion gender equality in the mining industry, but is open to everyone.
